Role Description

The Student Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position focuses on engaging with students and their families, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through Filo’s offerings to ensure a smooth and positive learning experience. Responsibilities include handling calls and messages, clarifying service details, resolving concerns,



and supporting students in using the app effectively. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records of interactions, collecting feedback, and contributing ideas to improve student satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will build solid, empathetic relationships with learners, represent Filo’s values, and help drive growth through excellent service.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and families.
Customer service or student support experience, including handling queries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.
Comfort with technology and mobile apps, including learning and explaining platform features to users.
