Role Description The Sales Manager role at FoodCosta Franchise is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Sales Manager will oversee franchise sales activities, identify and qualify potential partners, and manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting meetings and presentations with prospects, maintaining a robust pipeline, and negotiating franchise agreements in alignment with company policies.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation, ensure accurate information is shared with prospects, and provide post-signing support to recent partners. The Sales Manager is expected to track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of the franchise sales process.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Experience in relationship management and stakeholder communication, preferably within franchising or the food and beverage industry.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office productivity software to manage pipelines and reporting.
