About The Department

The Talent Acquisition team helps the business attract and hire exceptional talent across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), asset management, fund operations, technology, legal, compliance and corporate functions. We work closely with hiring leaders, Human Resources partners and global stakeholders to deliver effective hiring solutions. The team combines market insights, sourcing expertise and data-driven decision making to support business growth.
