Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
and admissions targets
• Strengthen brand positioning across all centres and communication channels
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, events, and on-ground activations
Digital Marketing
• Plan and oversee Meta Ads, Google campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and lead generation
activities
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for enquiries, conversions, and ROI
• Coordinate website updates, SEO initiatives,



and landing pages
Content & Social Media
• Lead content planning for social media, blogs, campaigns, and communication materials
• Oversee creation of reels, videos, parent testimonials, and engagement campaigns
• Ensure timely execution of monthly content calendars
Events & Activations
• Plan and execute events, residential society activations, school engagement activities, and
community outreach programs
• Drive admissions-focused campaigns during key seasons and festivals
• Coordinate launch events, exhibitions, workshops, and parent engagement initiatives
PR & Partnerships
• Build relationships with influencers, parenting communities, local partners, and media
platforms
• Drive PR opportunities, local collaborations, and community engagement initiatives
• Identify strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility
Team Management
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, vendors, designers, and agency partn
