Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented QS Billing Engineer to manage quantity surveying and billing operations for our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, handling client & contractor billing, and ensuring cost control across projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from drawings and site requirements
Handle client billing and contractor billing (RA Bills & Final Bills)
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements
Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and contractors for billing validation
Prepare billing reports, cost reports, and MIS




Verify and certify subcontractor bills with proper documentation
Track material consumption and quantity reconciliation
Assist in tendering and cost estimation
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications

Requirements & Skills
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying & billing processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing tools
Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Good analytical and numerical skills
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Education
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
