About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, agile, and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team—someone who thrives on identifying exceptional talent for non-IT, creative, and business-driven roles.

If your recruitment background is predominantly or entirely in IT/technical roles (e.g., software engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.), this position is NOT the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across creative, marketing, operations, and client-facing functions.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates using creative, non-generic methods (LinkedIn, niche platforms, communities, referrals, etc.).
Build and nurture talent pipelines for roles
