Pencil Engineering provides mechanical design and engineering services to metal fabrication, machinery manufacturing, and related engineering companies, with a robust focus on international markets.
We are looking for a self-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive who can understand our business, identify the right customers, develop effective ways to reach them, and help turn those opportunities into long-term business.
This is not simply a lead-generation role. We are looking for someone who can think independently, take initiative, experiment, execute, and measure results.

What you'll work on
Market & Customer Discovery
Understand our engineering capabilities and identify industries, applications and companies where our services can create value
Research and identify potential customers in metal fabrication, machinery manufacturing and related engineering industries
Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs, challenges and buying behaviour




Develop and continuously refine our ideal customer profile
B2B Lead Generation & Business Development
Build targeted international prospect lists
Develop outbound strategies using LinkedIn, email, web research and other relevant channels
Create targeted outreach campaigns for different customer segments
Initiate conversations with decision-makers and develop relationships
Qualify opportunities, arrange meetings and support the conversion of prospects into clients
Track outreach, opportunities and results and continuously improve the process
Marketing & Content
Develop ideas for positioning Pencil Engineering in front of the right audience
Identify the social media and digital channels most relevant to our target customers
Create and manage content that demonstrates our engineering capabilities and expertise
Develop project showcases, case studies, educational content and other marketing material
Experiment with different content formats and
