About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Manager - Market Research to lead business development and sales for our market research solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their research and consumer-insight requirements, presenting relevant solutions, and driving the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a consultative sales approach, and a good understanding of market research, consumer insights, surveys, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across brands, agencies, research firms, and corporates.
Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into relevant market research and consumer insight solutions.
Pitch research solutions including consumer surveys, audience research, brand studies,



market intelligence, and customer insights.
Prepare proposals, presentations, commercials, and customized solutions based on client requirements.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and initial conversations to negotiation, closure, and handover.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
Work closely with the research and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly track leads, opportunities, conversions, and revenue.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging research requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Develop long-term accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
