About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Activity Manager to lead and oversee the Activities & Wellness function at Abhasa Rehab & Wellness.
The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering therapeutic, recreational, vocational, and wellness programmes that support the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being of our patients.
The ideal candidate will be someone who combines robust people-management skills with creativity, therapeutic awareness, programme planning, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activity calendars, including 4–6 activities per day.
• Lead, mentor, train, and supervise Activity Executives and facilitators, ensuring high-quality programme delivery.
• Design and facilitate therapeutic and wellness activities such as meditation, yoga, physical training, Zumba, art therapy, music, aromatherapy, movement therapy, and motivation therapy.




• Plan and oversee recreational, outdoor, vocational, and community-based programmes, including cycling, trekking, outings, trips, workshops, and community visits.
• Work closely with the Clinical Team to align activity plans with individual patient needs, treatment goals, and safety considerations.
• Coordinate festivals, celebrations, birthdays, food truck outings, movie outings, special programmes, and other patient engagement activities.
• Manage external vendors and service providers, including cost negotiation, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and compliance with the Patient Care Management System (PCMS).
• Conduct quality audits, identify gaps, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement across the Activities & Wellness function.
