Role Description The Senior Software Developer is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining back-end services and applications, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, perform code reviews, and support integration with front-end and third-party systems. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, well-tested code,



troubleshooting and resolving production issues, optimizing existing systems, and contributing to architectural decisions and best practices. The role also includes mentoring junior developers, improving development workflows, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, building and maintaining scalable services and APIs.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in .NET, PL-SQL.
Experience with databases (MySQL/Oracle), RESTful services, and integration with cloud or on-premises infrastructure.
Familiarity with version control systems, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
