Role Description The Jewelry Designer Diamond role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves designing diamond jewelry collections, creating detailed sketches and concept drawings, and translating ideas into production-ready designs. The designer collaborates closely with artisans, production teams, and merchandisers to ensure feasibility, quality, and alignment with brand aesthetics. Daily tasks include working on CAD models, refining prototypes, selecting stones and materials, and maintaining consistency across product lines. The role also requires staying informed about design trends, contributing to recent collections, and ensuring each piece reflects Achal Jewels’ balance of tradition and innovation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry, with an understanding of diamond aesthetics.
Candidates should possess skills in Drawing and Product Design to develop detailed concepts and production-ready design specifications.
Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for creating accurate technical models and renderings.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in jewelry design, product design, or a related field.
Experience working with luxury or fine jewelry brands, especially in diamond segments, is highly beneficial.
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to work collaboratively with artisans and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes, along with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple design projects.
