Role Description The Video Editor role at SyncUp is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Video Editor will plan, edit, and produce video content that communicates SyncUp’s brand, product features, and user stories across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing raw footage, assembling sequences, applying color correction and basic sound adjustments, and incorporating motion graphics or on-screen text. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine creative concepts, maintain brand consistency,



and deliver assets on deadline. The Video Editor will ensure all content is optimized for various platforms and formats, while continuously improving workflows and visual quality.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic post-production workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for digital content.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Experience creating video content for marketing, product demos, social media, or brand storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and audience engagement.
