Role Description This is a full-time, in office Founder’s Office role based in Delhi, India, focused on the D2C/FMCG business of Éprise. The role involves working closely with the founding team to drive strategic projects across brand building, operations, and growth, including planning and executing initiatives that enhance market presence and customer experience.



Responsibilities include supporting go-to-market strategies, coordinating with external partners and vendors, analyzing business performance and customer data, and identifying opportunities for product and process improvement. The position also requires managing cross-functional initiatives, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, and ensuring that execution stays aligned with Éprise’s premium, thoughtful brand positioning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an early-stage environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can translate ideas into action.
Qualifications
Prior experience or strong interest in D2C, FMCG, consumer brands, or early-stage startups.
Skills in business analysis, problem-solving, and using data to inform decisions.
Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including planning, coordination, and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills,
