What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition skilled from the EdTech industry who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, particularly for Sales, Counselling, Business Development, Inside Sales and other high-volume hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various EdTech roles
• Handle bulk and volume hiring for Sales, Admission Counsellor, Program Counsellor, BDE, Inside Sales and related positions
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Apna, referrals and databases
• Conduct HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer and joining
• Handle salary negotiation and candidate expectations
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring metrics
• Support lateral hiring for experienced and critical positions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Mandatory Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• EdTech industry experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in sales and volume hiring
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Apna, etc.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with aggressive hiring targets and tight timelines
Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
