Role Description The Operations Lead – Event Industry is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of events, ensuring that all operational aspects run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Lucknow, where the Operations Lead will manage event timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, and budgets. Daily activities include supervising event setup and teardown, coordinating with internal teams (creative, production, client servicing), and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. The role also involves resolving operational issues in real time, maintaining explicit communication with clients, and preparing post-event reports and process improvements. The Operations Lead will support continuous optimization of processes to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall event impact.
