Role Description:
This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive – Inside Sales role is based in Pune City. The role involves engaging with potential customers via calls, emails, and digital channels to explain SolarSquare’s rooftop solar solutions and qualify leads. The Business Development Executive will conduct needs assessments, prepare basic proposals or quotations, and schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales team. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on inquiries,



and working closely with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also entails meeting individual and team sales targets and sharing market feedback to help refine sales strategy.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in inside sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management, preferably in a B2C or home solutions setting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or financial concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and online communication platforms used for sales and customer outreach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Interest in renewable energy or solar solutions; prior experience in the solar or energy sector is an advantage.
