Role Description
This is a Remote Operations Intern role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The intern will work closely with the founding team to help build and improve the systems, processes, and workflows that keep Spinacho running effectively. The role involves bringing structure to day-to-day activities, coordinating across different areas of the business, identifying operational gaps, and helping turn plans into execution. You will have the opportunity to understand how an early-stage company operates,



work on real business challenges, and take ownership of projects that directly contribute to Spinacho’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track ongoing activities and projects
Work closely with the founding team to ensure smooth execution
Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Build and improve simple processes, workflows, and systems
Track tasks, timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders
Maintain operational information, documentation, and trackers
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution
Help organize and execute new initiatives
Find practical ways to make day-to-day operations more productive
Take ownership of assigned operational projects from planning through execution
