Role Overview Loco Bear & Loco Lane are seeking a dynamic, execution-driven Assistant Manager / Executive - Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts across operational units and corporate functions. Based in Bengaluru, this role focuses on supporting fast-paced business growth through full-cycle hiring,



active candidate sourcing, and creating seamless onboarding experiences. You will work closely with department heads and regional HR teams to satisfy manpower requirements for rapid-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full hiring lifecycle from initial candidate outreach to onboarding for operational, corporate, F&B;, and entertainment roles. Execute bulk hiring initiatives for outlet teams while addressing niche functional needs.
Sourcing & Pipeline Generation: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies, and social media channels to recruit active and passive talent. Build robust pipelines for recurring roles and perform initial screenings for cultural and functional fit.
