Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Maharashtra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships,



and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and leading a sales team. The role also requires collaboration across departments to meet customer needs and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in analyzing sales data, setting targets, and creating effective sales strategies
Familiarity with the building materials industry or similar industries is a plus
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is advantageous
