We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Financial Analysis Trainer with robust expertise in financial statement analysis and practical accounting concepts. The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented online training to learners.
The trainer will be responsible for helping learners understand financial statements, analyse business performance, and use financial information to support effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live, interactive online accounting and financial analysis training sessions.
- Prepare and explain Cash Flow Statements, including both Direct and Indirect Methods.
- Train learners on financial statement analysis and interpretation.
- Perform and teach ratio analysis, including:
- Liquidity Ratios
- Profitability Ratios
- Solvency Ratios
- Efficiency/Activity Ratios
- Explain how financial ratios can be used to assess a company's financial health and performance.
- Analyse and interpret financial trends, patterns, and business performance indicators.
- Help learners use financial information for business and managerial decision-making.
- Use practical examples, case studies, financial statements, and real-world scenarios to strengthen conceptual understanding.
- Design assignments, exercises, and practical activities to assess learner understanding.
- Clarify learner doubts and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep training content aligned with current accounting and financial analysis practices.
