Role Description The Academic Advisor role at Al Fahad Enterprises is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The Academic Advisor will support learners by guiding them through educational options, helping them select suitable courses or programs, and aligning these choices with their long-term goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one advising sessions, assessing academic performance, and recommending strategies to improve learning outcomes. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop advising materials, organizing informational sessions, and maintaining accurate records of advising interactions. The Academic Advisor will also provide career-related guidance, respond to student inquiries, and ensure a positive, inclusive advising experience.




Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Academic Advising and Education-related knowledge.
Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for working with diverse learners and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple advising cases.
Relevant experience in academic advising, counseling, or education services is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
