Role Description The Intellectual Property Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for supporting the development, protection,



and management of the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents and trademarks related to pharmaceutical products and technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in patent preparation and prosecution, conducting prior art and freedom-to-operate searches, reviewing scientific and technical documents, and coordinating with external counsel and internal R&D; teams. The role also involves monitoring IP landscapes, maintaining IP documentation and databases, supporting trademark filings and brand protection strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in target markets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge of Law and Intellectual Property Law.
