Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru North, offering a CTC up to 6.5 LPA. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, including managing a team of sales executives, driving property sales, and meeting revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities,



nurturing client relationships, conducting site visits, and presenting suitable property solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Area Sales Manager is expected to maintain strong knowledge of local real estate developments and contribute to strategic sales planning in the region.
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in real estate, FMCG, financial services, or other high-intensity sales domains.
Strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, negotiation, and deal closure.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team, set targets, and monitor performance.
Comfort with on-site activities such as property visits, in-person meetings, and local market exploration.
