Role Description The Interior Designer role at Outscale Interiors is a full-time, on-site position based in Krishnagiri. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and producing detailed layouts and construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting finishes and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with architects and contractors, and overseeing site execution to ensure design intent is maintained. The role also involves meeting with clients to understand requirements,



presenting design proposals, managing project timelines, and supporting procurement and vendor coordination. The Interior Designer will work closely with the wider team to deliver projects that meet functional needs, budget constraints, and aesthetic goals.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, and furniture coordination.
Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to create functional, code-compliant layouts.
Ability to produce clear Construction Drawings and documentation for implementation and contractor coordination.
Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic 3D visualization tools.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and ability to balance design quality with budget and timelines.
