Job Summary
Q Green Techcon Ltd. is seeking an experienced and agile Senior HR Executive to support and strengthen the organization's human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, statutory compliance, performance management, and policy implementation while partnering with business leaders to build a high-performing workforce.




The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in managing HR processes within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.
· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
· Conduct initial screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
· Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
2. HR Operations
· Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
· Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
