Role Description
The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with residential, commercial,



and institutional clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the solar project lifecycle. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, explaining solar solutions and benefits, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, and supporting clients from pre-sales through post-installation service. The Relationship Manager will handle inquiries, follow up on leads, prepare basic proposals or coordinate proposal creation, and assist in contract closure while ensuring explicit communication on timelines and expectations. The role also includes gathering customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
