We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our People team. This role is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle—from attracting top talent (Recruitment) to ensuring a smooth transition into the company (Onboarding) and maintaining high morale through engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the management and the employees, ensuring operational excellence and a positive work culture.

. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (End-to-End)
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/in-person interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Administer pre-employment tests and background verification checks.
Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Extend offer letters and negotiate salary packages within the defined budget.

Post-Joining Formalities & Onboarding
Ensure a "Day 1 ready" experience by preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and induction kits.
Conduct new hire orientations to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and safety protocols.
Collect and verify all joining documents (PAN, Aadhar, Bank details, Educational certificates) and create employee personnel files.
Enter new employee data into the HRIS (HR Information System) and coordinate with IT/Admin for system access and asset allocation.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Manage daily HR administrative tasks including attendance tracking, leave management, and overtime calculations.
Assist in the monthly payroll process by ensuring accurate data (new hires, resignations, salary revisions) is submitted to finance.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, perks, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
