Role Description The Electrical Estimation Engineer will work full time in office in Mumbai, preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical and related MEP works across industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include studying drawings and specifications, preparing BOQs,



analyzing material and labor requirements, and coordinating with project and design teams to clarify technical details. The role involves obtaining and evaluating vendor and subcontractor quotations, supporting tender submissions, and assisting in value engineering and cost optimization. The engineer will maintain estimation records, update cost databases, and support negotiation and finalization of project budgets with internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
Robust quantity take-off and documentation abilities, including BOQ preparation and related estimation reports.
Proficiency in project estimation for electrical and MEP works, including cost analysis and budgeting.
Educational background in Electrical Engineering.
Effective negotiation skills for dealing with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Solid research skills for market rate analysis, technical data gathering, and benchma
