About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development & Sales Executive who knows how to sell—not just generate leads.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and strong relationships or an understanding of hotel procurement, housekeeping, F&B;, spa, and operations teams.
This is a field sales role. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating your own leads, meeting decision-makers, converting enquiries, and bringing in new business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B clients, particularly hotels, resorts, spas, hospitality groups, and other businesses
Build a solid pipeline through field visits, cold calling, networking, references,



LinkedIn and other channels
Personally meet procurement managers, GMs, housekeeping heads, F&B; teams, spa managers and other decision-makers
Generate new enquiries and convert them into orders
Follow up consistently on quotations, samples, proposals and pending enquiries
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
Conduct product presentations and sampling with prospective clients
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Identify opportunities for repeat orders, cross-selling and upselling
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups and sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide regular market feedback on competitors, pricing, customer requirements and new opportunities
