Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Odisha, India, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process.



Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining academic programs and eligibility criteria, conducting counseling sessions (in-person, by phone, or online), and helping applicants choose suitable courses and modes of study. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and applications, following up with prospective students, and supporting admission campaigns, events, and outreach activities. The Admissions Counselor collaborates with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience and contributes to enrollment targets through ethical, student-centered guidance.
