As we continue to scale and expand our business, we are looking for a Legal Associate who can support the organization across corporate legal matters, fundraising activities, commercial contracts, compliance, and litigation management.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Fundraising Support
➢ Assist in legal documentation and due diligence activities related to fundraising, investments, and strategic transactions.
➢ Coordinate with founders, investors, consultants, and external legal counsel during fundraising processes.
➢ Review and manage investment-related documents, term sheets, shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, and related corporate documentation.
➢ Support corporate governance and maintain statutory and corporate records.

Contract Management
➢ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various legal agreements, including:
- Client Agreements
- Vendor Agreements
- Service Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)




- Partnership and Collaboration Agreements
- Employment and Consultancy Agreements
➢ Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical recommendations.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution
➢ Coordinate and assist in handling ongoing litigation matters, legal notices, disputes, and regulatory proceedings.
➢ Liaise with external advocates and legal firms.
➢ Maintain records of cases, filings, notices, and legal correspondence.
➢ Support the management team with litigation strategy and documentation.

Compliance & Legal Advisory
➢ Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
➢ Conduct legal research and provide advisory support on day-to-day business matters.
➢ Assist various departments with legal queries and risk assessments.
➢ Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business.

Securities & Corporate Law
➢ Support matters relating to securities laws, shareh
