We are a Vadodara-based manufacturer of industrial maintenance products, with a product range of 20+ creative solutions used by major organizations across Refineries, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Metals, Power, Cement, Railways and other industries.
Several of our products are approved/accepted by leading organizations including Reliance, Adani Group, Tata Chemicals, GSFC, GNFC, IOCL, HPCL, NTPC, Indian Railways and major refineries.
We are now expanding our sales and service activities and are looking for a:
SENIOR ENGINEER – SALES / SERVICE
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1–2 years in industrial sales/service, preferably involving rotary equipment, maintenance products or industrial machinery
What will you do?
This is a field-oriented technical sales role where you will:
• Develop business with industrial customers and maintenance/project departments
• Meet Maintenance Managers, Senior Managers, Plant Heads and technical teams




• Introduce technical/product solutions and convert them into regular business
• Develop new customers as well as revive dormant accounts
• Work with dealers and channel partners to expand market reach
• Provide technical/service support wherever required
• Build long-term relationships with major industrial customers
A major part of the opportunity is market penetration, Push Marketing. Many large corporates operate multiple plants/units, creating significant scope to expand business within existing accounts.
? Territory
Primary: Vadodara, Surat & South Gujarat
Railway Business: Selected locations across Western/Northern India, approximately 3–4 visits per year.
✈️ Travel
Approximately 16–18 days per month.
Travel expenses will be borne by the company, subject to company policy/limits.
? Compensation
CTC: Approximately ₹5.5–6.0 Lakh per annum
Performance Incentive: Approximately 4–5% on eligible new/dormant business.
