Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Lead role based in Gujarat, India. The Technical Lead will guide engineering and design activities for FRP cooling tower projects, including reviewing specifications, overseeing detailed designs, and ensuring alignment with performance and safety standards. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, providing technical direction to engineers and technicians, and supporting manufacturing and installation processes.



The Technical Lead will troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize systems for efficiency and durability, and contribute to R&D; initiatives to enhance product performance. Additional responsibilities include documentation of technical processes, mentoring team members, and collaborating with management on project planning and delivery timelines. This job requires extensive travelling to carry out techno commercial meetings.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in mechanical or related, preferably with experience in cooling towers, process equipment, or industrial utilities.
Proven experience leading technical teams, managing engineering projects, and coordinating with production, quality, and maintenance functions.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards; familiarity with design tools and basic CAD software is an advantage.
