About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Home Textile Merchandiser to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing orders from product development and sampling through production, quality control and final shipment, ensuring timely execution as per buyer requirements.
Key Responsibilities




Handle buyer communication and order execution from enquiry to shipment.
Coordinate product development, costing, sampling and approvals.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A;, production follow-ups and shipment plans.
Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, QC, packaging and logistics teams.
Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, packaging and other raw materials.
Monitor production progress and ensure orders meet quality, quantity and delivery timelines.
Check and communicate buyer specifications, measurements, artwork, packaging and labeling requirements.
Coordinate sample development and obtain timely buyer approvals.
Identify production delays/issues and proactively communicate solutions.
Maintain accurate order documentation and buyer records.
Coordinate with QC regarding inspections, defects, corrective actions and buyer comments.
