Role Description The Area Sales Manager (B2B)



will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing gated society and community clients in the Ahmedabad region. This full-time, in office role involves prospecting and generating leads, conducting client meetings and product demos, and closing contracts with society management committees and relevant decision-makers. The role includes nurturing key accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, coordinating with internal operations and product teams, and tracking sales performance through reports and dashboards. The Area Sales Manager will regularly analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. The position requires consistent field work within Ahmedabad, adherence to sales targets, and professional representation of NoBrokerHood in all external interactions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated B2B sales expertise, including lead generation, client acquisition, and contract negotiation with institutional or community clients.
