Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OpenBMC Developer to design, develop, and maintain Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) firmware and management software for server platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in embedded Linux, OpenBMC architecture, and system-level programming.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize OpenBMC firmware for server and hardware platforms.
Design and implement new OpenBMC features and services.
Work with D-Bus, Redfish, IPMI, and REST APIs.
Integrate hardware components including sensors, power management, and storage devices.
Debug and resolve firmware, kernel, and system-level issues.
Collaborate with hardware, platform, and validation teams.




Perform code reviews and maintain software quality standards.
Required Skills
Strong experience in OpenBMC development.
Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
Solid knowledge of Embedded Linux and Linux internals.
Experience with Yocto Project/BitBake build environments.
Hands-on experience with D-Bus, systemd, and Redfish.
Knowledge of IPMI, networking protocols, and server management technologies.
Experience with Git, debugging tools, and Linux command-line utilities.
Understanding of device drivers and kernel-level development.
