Role Description The Dedicated UPSC Mentor will guide and support aspirants through all stages of their UPSC Civil Services Exam preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting mentorship sessions, clarifying concepts, designing study plans, and monitoring progress for both Prelims and Mains. The mentor will review answer-writing, provide feedback on test performance, and help learners improve time management, strategy, and revision techniques. Additional tasks include creating or refining study materials, sharing exam-related updates,



and coordinating with the academic team to ensure consistent support. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a combination of on-site mentoring and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of UPSC Prelims and Mains syllabus, exam pattern, and recommended preparation strategies.
Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or guiding UPSC/competitive exam aspirants, or personal experience appearing for UPSC exams.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and give constructive feedback on answer-writing.
Ability to design individualized study plans, track progress, and adapt strategies based on learner performance and needs.
Robust analytical and critical thinking skills, with familiarity in current affairs, polity, economy, history, and other core UPSC subjects.
