The selected candidate will be involved in recruitment activities, candidate coordination, employee support, HR documentation, and digital marketing activities related to recruitment and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, colleges, and training institutes.
Review, screen, and shortlist resumes according to job requirements.
Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
Manage candidate communication through email, phone, and other skilled channels.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist in conducting walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
HR Operations
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR-related documents.




Support attendance and leave tracking.
Assist with employee coordination and HR-related activities.
Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Digital Marketing & Employer Branding
Create and publish job vacancy posts on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Support recruitment-related digital marketing campaigns.
Assist with social media management and employer branding.
Create basic recruitment posters and creatives using Canva or similar tools.
Support basic SEO and online visibility activities.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with colleges and training institutes for recruitment activities.
Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate databases.
Prepare professional emails and recruitment communications.
Coordinate with management and internal teams regarding recruitment requirements.
