Role Description The Human Resources Executive at ONEAT will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and induction. The role involves supporting employee relations, handling queries, facilitating performance review cycles, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and local labor regulations. The HR Executive will also assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement initiatives,



and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, requiring close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational growth.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including familiarity with HR best practices and frameworks.
Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and HRIS/HR software usage.
Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and supporting a respectful, inclusive work environment.
Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including drafting, implementing, and updating policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
