Role Description The Electronic Technician role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai.



The technician will diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electronic devices such as mobiles, laptops, LED TVs, desktops, and related IT equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing component-level repairs, soldering, part replacement, preventive maintenance, and functional testing to ensure devices meet quality standards. The role involves handling service tickets, documenting work performed, maintaining tools and spare parts inventory, and coordinating with the service team to meet turnaround time commitments. The technician will interact with customers and corporate clients in a professional manner, provide clear updates on repair status, and support AMC and on-site service activities as required.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Electronics Technology and Electricity, with the ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
