Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Presales Executive role based in Bengaluru . The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting residential and infrastructure projects, and conducting site visits to help clients understand property features and benefits. The Sales and Presales Executive will manage inbound and outbound inquiries, prepare proposals and presentations, and maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems.



The role also includes coordinating with marketing and operations teams, following up on leads, negotiating terms within guidelines, and supporting closure of sales while ensuring a positive customer experience. The individual is expected to stay updated on project details, local market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address client questions and contribute to revenue growth.
