Join our SaaS Operations team as an Engineer building and running deployment infrastructure . You'll get hands-on exposure across the full SaaS delivery lifecycle , designing deployment structures, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and driving automation and GitOps workflows across a multi-cloud stack (AWS, Azure, GCP) and OpenShift, all within a fast-paced, HIPAA-regulated production environment.

What you'll own:
? Design and build deployment structures, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), and automation across products
? GitOps workflows (ArgoCD) into Kubernetes/OpenShift
? End-to-end customer onboarding, SLA reporting & incident communication
? Sev2/Sev3 incident troubleshooting across infra & applications
? Multi-cloud infra via Terraform/CloudFormation (AWS, with GCP/Azure exposure a plus) + monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)




? Automation scripting to eliminate manual toil at scale

What you bring:
✅ 3–5 yrs in cloud ops, SaaS ops, or application engineering (production-grade environments)
✅ Healthcare/sensitive-data SaaS experience highly preferred
✅ AWS (EC2, EKS/ECS, S3, IAM) required; working knowledge of GCP and/or Azure a solid plus
✅ GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes fundamentals; OpenShift experience is a strong advantage
✅ Windows/Linux, Java-based apps, relational DBs (MSSQL/MySQL)
✅ Agile/Jira experience, ITSM knowledge (Change/Incident/Problem Mgmt)
✅ Bonus: Edifecs/EDI exposure, HIPAA/HITRUST knowledge, AWS/CKA/Azure/GCP certs
