Hiring: Manager – Business Development

? Key Responsibilities

Identify and finalize current store locations as per expansion plans.
Manage end-to-end execution of new store openings.
Lead rental negotiations for new and existing stores.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers and franchise partners.
Drive and support FOFO (Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated) store expansion.
Ensure commercial viability and cost optimization of deals.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential locations.
Coordinate with franchise partners for smooth store launches and operations.

? Required Skills

Graduate in any discipline.
FOFO business model experience preferred.
Solid negotiation and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Prior experience in Retail / Business Development preferred.
