Work that you would be part of
⚡ Build GenAI systems that run in production, not POCs — RAG pipelines, intelligent document processing, and AI-powered workflows on Bedrock, SageMaker, and beyond, deployed for enterprise clients in regulated environments where accuracy, security, and auditability actually matter
⚡ Build on and contribute to our enterprise AI platform layer — including model gateways, centralized guardrails, cost controls and agentic orchestration accelerators.
The reusable patterns and evaluation frameworks you build will become part of the platform used across engagements.
⚡ Work in an AI-native engineering team — we use AI-assisted development and MCP-based tooling day to day, so you will be shipping software the way up-to-date engineering teams increasingly do
What we are looking for
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong Python skills
• Strong hands-on AWS experience, particularly serverless architectures: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3
• Production GenAI experience: Bedrock, SageMaker, or equivalent; embeddings, vector stores (OpenSearch/pgvector/Pinecone), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering
• IaC fluency (CDK or Terraform) and solid CI/CD practices
• Nice to have: AWS certification, fine-tuning exposure, agentic frameworks
