What will you do?
? Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and operational activities
? Prepare quotations, invoices and other sales-related documentation
? Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements and follow-ups
? Assist with order processing and coordination with internal teams
? Work closely with Finance, Logistics and Sales teams
? Maintain accurate sales records, documentation and MIS reports
? Support invoicing,
GST and basic commercial activities
? Assist with ERP/CRM updates and sales-related reporting
? Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution of sales activities
? Support the team with other operational and commercial requirements
What are we looking for?
✨ 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations
✨ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✨ Good understanding of invoicing, GST, taxation and commercial documentation
✨ Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Workspace
✨ Exposure to ERP/CRM systems will be an advantage
✨ Strong follow-up, coordination and organisational skills
✨ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
✨ Exposure to AI tools or automation will be an added advantage
