Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships,



and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present suitable ERP solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
Follow up on leads and manage the complete sales cycle until project closure.
Coordinate with the Functional and Technical teams during requirement discussions and project handover.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales activities and client information in the CRM.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potentia
