Role Description The Customer Service Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing product information,



and guiding customers through the selection of appropriate surface preparation and blasting solutions. The specialist will handle phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include processing orders, coordinating with internal teams for delivery and after-sales support, and following up on leads to convert inquiries into sales. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems, preparing basic sales reports, and supporting continuous improvement in customer service processes.
