Role Description The Cluster Manager role at Axis Direct is a full-time, in office position based in Kollam. The Cluster Manager is responsible for managing a group of branches or business units, driving sales and revenue targets, and ensuring consistent customer experience across the cluster.



This includes overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase client acquisition, activation, and retention. The role involves coaching and supporting frontline teams, coordinating with central functions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. The Cluster Manager also analyzes market trends, identifies local business opportunities, and represents Axis Direct’s brand and values within the assigned geography.
