we are looking for a Training Manager who can build and strengthen the capabilities of our Rx field sales team and enable them to effectively communicate our products and scientific value to dermatologists.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Manager – SkinQ Rx to design, execute, and continuously improve training programs for our Rx sales team.
The role will focus on strengthening product knowledge, scientific acumen, doctor detailing, selling skills, and field effectiveness, ultimately contributing to improved team productivity, doctor engagement, prescription generation, and business performance.
This is a hands-on role involving training delivery, field coaching, content development, assessments, and training effectiveness measurement.
