Company Description The Language SKOOL (TLS) is a long-established online language training organization in India with over 16 years of experience supporting learners in achieving their education, career, travel, and global goals. TLS specializes in German, French, Spanish, and Japanese, offering structured online programs tailored to beginners, students, working professionals, and travelers.

Role Description The Japanese Trainer Part Time or Full Time will deliver engaging online classes to learners at different proficiency levels, using structured lesson plans aligned with TLS curricula and examination requirements. This part-time, remote role involves planning and conducting interactive sessions, explaining grammar and vocabulary, guiding learners in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, and preparing them for JLPT and other relevant exams. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and feedback, while adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning goals such as academics, careers, travel, and immigration.



Additional responsibilities include maintaining lesson records, coordinating schedules with the TLS team, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching materials and methods.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Japanese language, ideally at JLPT N3 or higher, with the ability to teach all core skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
Experience in online teaching or training, including conducting live virtual classes and using digital tools or learning platforms.
Skills in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and exam-oriented training for Japanese language proficiency tests (e.g., JLPT).
Transparent and effective communication skills, active classroom management in an online setting, and the ability to motivate and support diverse learners.
Bachelor’s degree in languages, education, or a related field; formal teacher training or certification in Japanese language teaching is an advantage.
